From 2002 to 2006, studied at Peking University and obtained a bachelor's degree in economics and law. Immersed in consulting services for more than 15 years and led the team to implement nearly 300 consulting projects. His service fields cover project planning, feasibility study preparation, PPP project whole-process consultation, local government special bond declaration, platform-based company financing, EOD, franchise, performance management, and mid-term evaluation. More than 30 projects he served have become national or provincial demonstration projects. Offered more than 150 trainings for provincial departments, municipal and county government departments and enterprises in Beijing, Hebei, Liaoning, Shanxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Chongqing, Guangxi and other places, focusing on explaining investment and financing models, PPP, local government special bond application, transformation and upgrading of investment and financing platforms and financing, EOD and franchising.

Widely participated in theoretical research and practical summary and publicity. Participated in the compilation of Selected Cases of PPP Demonstration Projects: Urban Comprehensive Development Volume III compiled by the PPP Center of the Ministry of Finance. Participated in the compilation of several monographs e.g. Urban Development Investment and Financing Planning Practice, Urbanization and PPP, Infrastructure Market-oriented Investment and Financing Practice, PPP Concept and Practice, and On Chinese-style PPP. Published nearly 100 articles in China Construction News, China Investment, Economic Observer, the company's official account and other media.
