In December 2020, Dayue International was founded and officially opened in London. As a subsidiary of Dayue Consulting, Dayue International is an important carrier for implementing the internationalization strategy of Dayue Consulting. Jin Yongxiang, chairman of Dayue Consulting, also served as chairman of Dayue International. Professor Zhang Qianyu, former director of Bartlett Infrastructure Center at University College London (UCL) and executive director of UK-China Infrastructure Academy, served as the first CEO.

Dayue International will offer consultancy services to Chinese enterprises in investment in Europe, European enterprises in investment in China, and Chinese and European enterprises in investment in third countries. Dayue International's businesses cover investment banking, management consulting and high-end training. In the field of investment banking, the service to infrastructure investment projects is a priority, and the connection of UK's advanced technology products with the Chinese market is highlighted, specifically involving renewable energy, artificial intelligence, insurance, education, medical care and pension. In the field of management consulting services, management consulting support is rendered for the landing project of investment banking business by virtue of the advanced business management scheme in Europe, and European resources are organized to offer online or offline high-end training for customers and partners of Dayue Consulting.

Dayue International will continue Dayue Consulting's traditional business expertise, assemble a consulting team with experience in international infrastructure investment and financing services, and integrate Dayue Consulting resources in China and Europe to offer customers with unique professional support as necessitated by specific business needs. After nearly a year of preparation, Dayue International has finalized a number of partners in the UK, selected several experienced employees, and initiated the preliminary work of dozen of consulting projects, three of which are progressing smoothly. Dayue International and SpaceTimeAI, a UCL spin-off company, have cooperated closely to develop a new generation of smart mobility system with the support of the National Science Foundation of the United Kingdom, and have launched a pilot cooperation with the Transport for London to test the effectiveness of the system in alleviating traffic congestion and reducing traffic accidents.
